Returns

Dogoes strives to ensure quality product and satisfaction to all of our customers. Customer service is our number one priority.If product does not meet satisfaction or if it is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately within 72 hours of receiving the product.

 

If you are returning product, you must obtain an official return authorization form by contacting us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product has been damaged during shipment or if the wrong product has been shipped in error. We strongly advise return shipments with a tracking number, as we will not take responsibility for lost product.

Cracked no more-Snout Rescue must be unopened to receive a refund or replacement.

 

Both the 5L Waterproof On-the-Go dog bag and the Adventuredry canine towel must be unused and unwashed to receive a refund or replacement.

 

Contents of the Common Sense First aid kit must be unopened & unused to receive a refund or replacementWe reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not meet these guidelines. All sales are final.
